The online store is managed by a legal person named Zavod ustvarjalnih idej, Kamnik (hereinafter referred to as a provider).

Purchase procedure

The buyer first has to put products that he intends to buy into the shopping basket in the online store (top right corner).

When the products are placed in the basket, the buyer begins the order of the chosen product/s. In the ordering process, thay have to enter their full name, e-mail address, invoice address and home address where the ordered package is going to arrive. After that, the buyerr has to select the shipping method and finally the payment method.

When all the information is corectly written, the buyer finalises their order by clicking the button ‘Place order’ (‘Oddaj naročilo’). After placing the order, the buyer receives a confirmation message via e-mail. In this moment, the sales agreement between the provider and buyer comes into force.

If the buyer decides to pay with a pro forma invoice, the items will only be shipped after the pro forma invoice has been covered by the buyer.

Together with the item, the provider also sends a receipt of the purchase. The buyer is obligated to check the correctness of the information on the receipt and notify the provider of any mistakes within 8 days of the package delivery. After 8 days, the provider will no longer take any complaints into consideration.

Shipping and Payement methods

The provider offers the following shipping methods:

- the buyer can pick up their order at the adress of provider. The address is 1 Maistrova ulica, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia. In this case, the shipping cost will not be charged to the buyer,
- the
package is delivered to the buyer by the Post of Slovenia delivery service or another delivery service. For shipments delivered in Slovenia, the delivery price is 3 EUR; for shipments delivered to other countries, the delivery price is 9 EUR. If the value of the order is 50 EUR or more, the shipping cost will not be charged.

The provider offers the following payment methods:

by money order to the provider’s account, before delivery,
payment after delivery
- pay with PayPay
- pay with credit card

The buyer has a right to request a return within 14 days of purchase. He does not have to state the reason for the return. The 14 day limit starts one day after the package had been delivered. The buyer only covers the shipping cost of the item. Items have to be returned no later than 30 days from the day of delivery. 

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from receiving the request for a return.

Complaints and appeals

Complaints are to be filed via e-mail. The complaint procedure is confidential. It is in providers best interest that all complaints and appeals are resolved consensually.
